Life is full of ups and downs, challenges and victories, good days and bad days. The key to survival in my opinion is consistency. If you always keep a positive outlook, you will rarely feel down in the dumps. If you never give up, you will never fail. Develop good eating habits and you will always be healthy.
Well, that last one is easier said than done. I still struggle with this on a semi-regular basis. If I break the good eating habit that I have worked so hard to develop, I at least try to make good choices. But to have a healthy and happy life, you need to be consistent in all aspects of your life.
Be consistent with your exercise routine. Miss a day or two and it is that much harder to get back into it.
