Ask Your Travel Counselor: Which is the Best Hotel?

Which is the best hotel, is not an easy question to answer.  When you want to ensure an incredible getaway, your hotel choice can make or break your vacation.  There are a few things to consider when choosing the “best” hotel to host your getaway.

3 Things to Consider Before Choosing the “Best” Hotel:

1. Consider the hotel’s atmosphere.  Who does the hotel cater to?  When you want to relax and unwind by the pool, staying in a family hotel, where the children will likely be running around and splashing, is not ideal.

2. Built in values.  What amenities does the hotel offer?  When you are planning on spending most of your vacation time at your hotel, the included amenities will make all the difference.

3. Location, location, location.  Do you want to immerse yourself in the culture, or be within minutes of the action?  The last thing you want to do is find out you are in the heart of the city when you planned on sleeping in and taking long quiet walks while on vacation.

Again, choosing a hotel the right environment, for the right value, in the perfect location will ensure you enjoy the vacation experience you dream about.

As always, please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences.
