What are your first thoughts when you wake up in the morning? My first thought is, “How good can I be today?” No moving. I consider the question for 5 to 10 minutes hoping I am raising my awareness so I don’t miss opportunities to be the best person I could be.
Some days it is as simple as reaching out a friend I know has had a bad day. Other times it’s the need to practice patience with myself or a family member, since we are our worst critic.
How do you set your intentions for the day?
Because I got by with a little help from my girlfriends, I want to help you get a little help from your girlfriends.
