Day 4: Today was family day and we ate brunch at TooJay’s, a local restaurant. I ordered a coffee, 2 eggs over easy (blotted with a napkin to absorb any visible oil), with a fruit cup and toast (1 slice). My fibro-flare is over. I am feeling better and planning on taking it easy today. Next week I will play catch up. For my evening meal, I planned on having a salad but had a more substantive meal. I’m getting used to consuming an afternoon meal.
What’s the plan?
The first week of the diet I want to stay focused on just replacing the 2 meals per day. I am going to start tracking my calories. I will use an application on my iPhone called Tap & Track Pro. I will continue replacing 2 meals per day, consuming 1 meal, and 2 snacks per day. Next week I will add exercise – 15 minutes per day for at least 3 days.
