Causes of pain

Lower back problems, arthritis, cancer, repetitive stress injuries, headaches, fibromyalgia, and neurological issues are the most common sources of chronic pain.

How can you naturally improve your chronic pain?

Relax.  50% of pain can be reduced by relaxation.  Enjoy a new experience. Schedule a relaxing vacation.  Studies show those who do not take regular vacations are more likely to suffer from stress, which can illnesses such as insomnia, anxiety, and chronic pain.

Eat ginger, salmon, and herbs like rosemary and sage.  Mother Nature’s medicine cabinet is filled with ingredients that relieve pain and inflammation.

Keep a physical well-being journal.  Write how you are feeling physically, note if you have a headache, or notice pain; and include your weight at least once a week.  If you notice symptoms that arise daily for a time, address them.  If you are not sure what to do discuss the issue with your doctor, and do research on the internet.

There is a so much information out there for you today and we need to take responsibility for our well-being.

Because I got by with a little help from my girlfriends, I want to help you get help from your girlfriends. As always, please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences.
